You can disconnect DDP Data Pull from QuickBooks Online at any time. There are two methods:
Method 1 — From QuickBooks Online (recommended)
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.
- Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper right.
- Under Profile, select Apps.
- Locate DDP Data Pull in the My Apps list.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
QuickBooks revokes the OAuth tokens immediately. No further data can be read.
Method 2 — Contact Darling Design Presence
Email darlingdesignpresence@gmail.com or call 858-254-5902 and request disconnection. Tokens are deleted from our side within one business day. A confirmation is sent to the requester.
After disconnection
No new data is pulled. Previously pulled data is retained or deleted according to the data-retention terms in your engagement (see Privacy Policy).
